CRIZZLY MINI SUMMER TOUR(Z)

So the routine I've had most of the summer is, Wednesday I play at LIFTED, Thursday I play at PLAY, and the weekend is when I go play shows in random places. It's definitely a lot of work cut out for me but I've been able to handle is quite nicely so far if I do say so myself, and I do. Since I'm out all the time I usually buy my food, which isn't a bad thing really because I suck at cooking anyways. I avoid fast food at all costs and prefer the dine in places if I have the time. I had a bomb ass chicken sandwich at the Chili's inside the airport last weekend, and Dunkin' Donuts usually fills me up good for breakfast. They got these egg white breakfast sandwiches that are the yumz. OH and last week I had the most AWESOME meal from Arby's, seriously the best time of my life.

Anyways my point is that as long as I eat good I seem to do fine with long nights of 'work'. The main thing though that keeps me goin is making sure that I get enough sleep. I over sleep most of the time, taking naps in the middle of the day or when I'm on a flight. I <3 sleep.

Aye sorry folks for not going to Lifted this Wednesday! I got asked to play with Proper Villains at Plush in ATX. You all know that one song he did, at least you better cuz I play it all the time.

In other news, the Ghostpizza Lair got struck by lightning and caught fire. For realz.

DAMN SON. Laredo went off! 2 hours. Non stop. Luckily I got good experience standing for that long from working at WAL-FUCKIN-MART-BITCH-SWAG.

So the weekend is finally over and I'm back home! It's been a long couple weeks of "EDCing" and touring. Shit's been wild yo. Here's some pics n' video...
